paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

RUNNING THENCE along the southeasterly side of Middle Road (C. R, 48) , 200
feet, more or less, to land now or formerly of Robert E. Bidwell;
RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned land the following two courses and
distances:

2. South 520 55"'40" West 198.76 feet to land now or formerly of Edward A.

RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned land North 370 04' 20" West 212.35
