Dear Mr. Verity:
As we discussed with this application, I am the design professional of record for this
project and have been contacted by the owner, Mr. Ronald Krieb due to the fact that his
contractor has disappeared after completing the proposed work. Evidently, the contractor did
all the work without calling for any inspections from your department. As I result, I have
inspected the premises in an effort to certify the footing, framing, strapping and insulation.
Please note the following conceming this application:
I have inspected the footing and block foundation wall pursuant to the NY State
Residential Building Code 2007 for this application and find that the work
conforms to the plan as filed with this application.
· I have inspected the strapping and anchoring pursuant to the NY State Residential
Building Code 2007 for this application and find that the work conforms to the
plan as filed with this application.
· I have inspected the insulation pursuant to the NY State Residential Building

ResCheck filed with this application.
· I have inspected the framing pursuant to the NY State Residential Building Code
2007 for this application and find that the work conforms to the plan as filed with

Please note that there was no plumbing work done as part of this project. The
applicant will be ready for a final in~ithin a week or so as the rear steps are being
completed at this time. ,' e~¥_j?_kf ~..,:_
