Prale to Caroline Fleischhauer and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 372 of Deeds, page 364. The grantor herein is the same party as the grantor in a certain deed dated February 1992, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 30, 1992 in Liber 11459 at Page 009, the premises herein being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by such deed.
