paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

known and designated as Lot 39 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Deep

Office on January 28, 1965 as map #4256, which according to said map is
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Theresa Drive distant 740.00
feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly
side of Theresa Drive with the southerly side of New Suffolk Avenue, which
point of beginning is the dividing line between lots 39 and 40 on said
filed map;
Thence South 87 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds East 182.00 feet;
Thence South 2 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds West 110.00 feet;
Thence North 87 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds West 182.00 feet to the
easterly side of Theresa Drive;
Thence North 2 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds East along the said easterly
side ofTheresa Drive 110.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
The grantor herein is the same person as the grantee in Deed dated 9/1/92
District recorded 9/18/92 in Liber 11540 Page 192.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
