paid by the party of thc second part, docs hereby grant
and release unto the party of Ihe second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, at Laurel, bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Albo Drive, 145.0 feet easterly along said
southerly line from the easterly end ora curve connecting the said southerly line with the
easterly line of Wells Road; from said point of beginning running along said southerly line of
Albo Drive two courses:
1) South 73 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds East 78.33 feet;
2) Easterly on a curve to the right having a radius of 250.00 feet, a distance of 75.29 feet;
THENCE along land of the party of the first part three courses:
1) South 41 degrees 00 minutes West 139.67 feet; thence
2) North 52 degrees 46 minutes 40 seconds West 117.92 feet; thence
3) North 25 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds East 97.15 feet to the point of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed tothe parties of the first part herein by
deed recorded in Liber 5894 page 123.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said
decedent had at the time of decedcnt's death in said promises, and also the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has
power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO IIAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises heroin granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of thc party of thc second part forever.
AND thc party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises
have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will receive
the consideration for this conveyance and will hold thc right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the
purpose of paying the cost of thc improvement and will apply the same first to thc payment of the cost of thc improvement before
using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it mad "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
