the KONSTANTINOS GIATRAKIS TESTAMENTARY TRUST, pursuant to Letters of Testamentary and
Letters of Trusteeship, respectively, issued by the Surrogate's Court, State of New York, County of Kings under
File #2002-03085

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will
and testament, and in consideration often ($10.00) dollars and other valuable consideration, paid by the party of the
second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever,
All right title and interest in and to one-third of
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, hereinafter described

part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust

payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The
word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" when ever the sense of this indenture so requires.
