Beginning at a point at the westerly corner of the within
described interior parcel of land, said point being the
following two courses and distances from the corner formed by
the intersection of the southwesterly side of Bridge Lane with

November 26, 1971 in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber
7055, cp 54, being conveyed herewith together.

The Grantor/Grantee herein understands, intends and agrees that
upon the recording of this deed, the above-described premises
will merge with and become part of other premises of the
Grantor/Grantee, said other premises bearing the Suffolk County
Tax Map No. 1000-084 . 00-01 . 00-002 . 000 and 1000-073 . 00-01 . 00-
004 . 003 and 1000-073 . 00-01 . 00-003 . 002 and 1000-073 . 00-01 . 00-
. 004 . 001 .
The Grantor/Grantee further acknowledges that the above-
described premises shall not constitute a separate building lot
under the Southold Town Code, but nothing herein shall be
construed to affect the status of the parcels to which the
above-described premises are merged as a separate building lot .
