BEGINNING at a Monument on the southeasterly side of Middle Road County Road 48 where
same is intersected by the division line between the northeasterly side of the hereinafter described
preipises and the southwesterly side of land now or formerly of G. Chudzinski;
RUNNING THENCE South 38 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds East, along land now or formerly
of G. Chudzinski and along land now or formerly of J. Zuhoski, 632.80 feet to a monument and
land now or formerly of Pollah;
THENCE along the last mentioned land the following two (2) courses and distances:
1. South 55 degrees 13 minutes 20 seconds West, 283.02 feet to a monument;
