RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve the amend- ed site plan for Pipes Cove Condominium located at Sixth Street, Greenport/Southold for construction of 5 units (within the Town ) -- site plan dated as revised September 21, 1986; subject to: 1. Certification by the Building Department. It was noted that a variance has been received from the Zoning Board of Appeals for the building setbacks.
