Fogarty, Jr . to the North Fork Bank & Trust Company in the principal sum of $61 ,200.00 and recorded on the 18th day of January, 1984 in Liber 9922 of Mortgages, page 144 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk; which mortgage was extended by agreement dated June 15, 1987, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 15, 1987 in Liber 13101 mp 90; and which mortgage was consolidated and extended with a mortgage dated January 9, 1990 in the principal 'sum of $98, 000.97 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the _ County of Suffolk on January 23, 1990 in Liber :15726 mp 170, which mortgages were consolidated into a single first mortgage in the principal sum of $150, 000.00, and which mortgage was assigned to American Tap & Tool Corp. by assignment dated September 15, 1993 and duly recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office, and which mortgage was further re-assigned to North Fork Bank, as collateral security for payment of a separate debt by assignment dated September 15, 1993 and duly recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office, on which there remains an unpaid principal balance of $142, 729.91 together with accrued interest.
