They cannot process your request because the lot areas shown on the survey meet the requirements for conforming lots per the Building Department's requirements. However, pursuant to Section A106 (Subdivision of Land) of the Town Code, the area of wetlands needs to be deducted from lot yield. Please revise the survey as follows: 1. The wetlands line needs to be clearly delineated with area of wetlands shown for each lot. 2. Please show the lot areas for Lots I and 2, excluding the area of wetlands for each. This will be the basis for the Notice of Disapproval and the variance application to the Zoning Board of Appeals. Please be advised that we will recommend to the ZBA that the Town Trustees verify the wetlands line for accuracy.
