Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code. The
issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the
survey prepared by John T. Metzger last dated November 11,2003.
Special Conditions: None
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code, a
Wetland Permit will be required.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

doing maintenance to the upper beach area due to the winter storms. We will
be scheduling to install an estimated #264 yards of screened bank -mn (sand)
and will leave lower beach ,upper residence undisturbed. If any questions

The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees at their Regular Meeting held on Tuesday, November 21, .
2000.
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant aK
Amendment to Permit #4428 to replace water damaged floor with
poured concrete and footings to support (4) posts supports
(beachside) and enclosure of already present support main house
wall then 11'6"x22' floor size with 26" knee walls 2x4 and 4
window/screens enclosure of porch with barbeque pit east wall 2'
x 11' 8" with roof size of 13'x23' will stay same size to simple
repair of deck flooring to support roof, columns, and enclosure
of porch.
However, this permit does not constitute any other permits from
other agencies.

Regarding the Bocklet property at 1295 Robinson
Lane Peconic, the beach permit for repairs due to storm damage
and winter storms of 2005/2006.The Bocklet's sold property during the winter months
and paid me to repair beach for the new owners Mr. and Mrs. Safer.
On the week of the 6/03/06 we will be repairing property and bringing in clean fill
estimateded 44 yards to grade without touch the beach area and seaward
sideof retaining wall and will be requsting Mr. Safer to apply to the Southold Town
Trustee's for same permit for beach. Thankyou for your help in this matter.
