WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration often and 00/100 dollars, lawful
money of the United States, paid by the party oftbe second part, does hereby remise, release and
quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns oftbe party of the second
part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being in

with the unit being particularly identified for the purposes of RPL 339-0 as follows: Southold, Suffolk
County, recorded in Liber/Ree112544, page 794 on March 21, 2009, as Unit 6, with the intended use of
the unit as residential, and the common interest appertaining to the unit being residential;
TOGETHER with all fight, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HA VEAND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party oftbe first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the costs of the improvement
and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part oftbe
total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being a paxt of a condominium, in
the Town of Southold, County of Strffolk and State of New York, known and described as Home
NO.6 together with a 10% undivided interest in the common elements of the condominium
hereinafter described as the same is defined in the Declaration of Condominium hereinafter
referred to.
The premises above described is a Home shown on the plans of a condominium prepared and
certified by Gary Cannella Associates and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on the 2nd day of April, 1985, as file no. 108 as defined in the Declaration of Condominium
emitled Eastwind Shores Condominium made by Solar Symmetry, Inc., under Article 9-B of the
New York Real Property Law dated march 26, 1985 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on the 2nd day of April, 1985 in Liber 9763 at Page 562, covering the
property therein described.

Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and descn'ced as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Middle Road, where it is intersected by the
Easterly side of land now or formerly of Herman;
RUNNING THENCE along the Southerly side of Middle Road, the following two courses and
distances:
I. Along an arc of a curve bearing to the right with a radius of 1877.08 feet, a distance of 149.55
feet;
2. North 65 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds East, 91 feet to land now or formerly of Leonard and
others;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Leonard and others, South 45 degrees 12 minutes 10
seconds East, 518.24 feet to high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond;
THENCE along Arshamomoque Pond as it winds and tums to land now or formerly of Goetz,
the following three (3) courses and distances being the tie lines along the approximate high water
mark;
1. North 84 degrees 41 minutes 46 seconds West, 101.28 feet;
2. South 43 degrees 36 minutes 22 seconds West, 47.38 feet;
3. South 11 degrees 53 minutes 56 seconds West, 100.42 feet to land now or formerly of Goetz;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Goetz, Bagley and Herman, North 48 degrees 42
