Beginning at the comer formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Howard Avenue (Private Road) and the
northerly side of Westphalia Avenue;
running thence along the northerly side of Westphalia Avenue South 75 o 50" West 211.25 feet (211.28 per filed map)

as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the costs of the improvement and will apply the same first
