BEGINNING at a point at the northwesterly corner of the premises held to be conveyed
which point is the following three courses and distances from the intersection of the
easterly side of Cedar Lane and the southerly side of North Bayview Road, to wit:
Southerly 74 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds East 408.24 feet to a point; thence south
along the easterly side of subdivision known as "Map of Bayside Terrace", south 26
degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds west 194.76 feet and south 26 degrees 49 minutes 00
seconds west 485.62 feet to the point or place of beginning from said point of beginning;
thence south 66 degrees 26 minutes 20 seconds east 173.91 feet to lands now or formerly
of Jordan M. Iserman; thence south 23 degrees 33 minutes 40 seconds west 200.00 feet to
land now or formerly of Thorne running thence north 65 degrees 11 minutes 00 seconds
west 178.26 feet to the easterly boundary lands of "Map of Bayside Terrace" and
running thence northerly along said boundary line north 24 degrees 49 minutes 00
seconds east, 196.13 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Being the same premises which O. Stanley Eldredge, Jr., by deed dated 9/14/1972 and recorded
9/22/1972 in Suffolk County in book 7247 on page 459 then granted and conveyed to Richard E.
Norklun.
And the said Richard E. Norklun departed this life on 4/23/2007. Letters Testamentary were granted on
5/24/2007 appointing Carolyn J. Norklun, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Richard E.
Norklun. Carolyn J. Norklun is the wife of decedent thus no transfer tax.

Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever.
And the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive 'such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the
same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
