COMMENCING at the southeast corner of the premises about to be described at the intersection of Suffolk Avenue
and Marratooka Lane, at a cement monument set as a bound; RUNNING THENCE westerly, by and with Suffolk
Avenue, a distance of one hundred thirty-one and five tenths (131.5) feet to a cement monument to other land
belonging to the Estate of Charles W. Wickham; THENCE RUNNING northerly, by and with land belonging to the
Estate &Charles W. Wickham, one hundred ninety seven and eighty five one-hundredths (197.85) feet to a ston~
monument and other land belonging to the Estate of Charles W. Wickham; RUNNING THENCE easterly, still by and
with land belonging to the Estate of Charles W. Wickham, one hundred thirty one and five tenths (131.5) feet to a
cement monument, on the west side of Marratooka Lane; THENCE RUNNING southerly, by and with the westerly
side of Marratooka Lane, a distance of one hundred eighty six and one tenth (186.1 ) feet to Suffolk Avenue, the point
or place of BEGINNING.

BEING the same premises as conveyed to the parties of the first part by Deed datfd October 1611972 ~nd recorded in
the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on October 17, 1972 in Liber of Cofiveyances 72~;'2 at Page 436.
SAID PREMISES being known as and by street number 3935 New Suffolk Avenue, Mattituck, NY 11952.
FOR CONVEYANCE ONLY:
TOGETHER with all fight, title and interest of, in and to any sweets and roads abuRing the above described premises,
to the center line thereof. TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the firsl part
in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the parW of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the fight to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of
the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
