of the County of Suffolk on Mamh 11, 1913, File No. 223, said plots, pieces or parcels of land being more
particularly bounded and described as set forth on Schedule A hereto.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE, in the case of said Lots 22, 24 and 25, the same premises conveyed to the party
of the second part by the party of the first part by deed, dated February 10, 2006 and recorded in the Office of
the Suffolk County Clerk on February 22, 2006 in Liber 12436 page 953 and, in the case of said Lots 21 and 23,
79 and 80 (together with the right-of-way between Lot 23 and Lot 80), the same promises conveyed to the party
of the second part by the party of the first part by deed, dated February 10, 2006 and recorded in the Office of
the Suffolk County Clerk on February 22, 2006 in Liber 12436 page 954.
This is a correction deed being recorded to correct the aforesaid prior deeds of record by setting forth coordinates
and bearings consistent with United States Coast and Geodetic Survey coordinates and bearings consistent with
the system used on Fishers Island for lots shown on the "Plan of Peninsula at Fishers Island owned by Charles
W. Hedge and Frances G. Thorp, made by Chandler & Palmer, Engineers, Norwich, Connecticut, 1913", and filed
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on Mamh 11, 1913, File No. 223, said prior deeds having used
a different bearing system for the metes and bounds descriptions of the subject parcels.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described promises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also
all the estate which.the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate
therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue
of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first
to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
