as one parcel being more particularly bounded and described according to said
map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Pierce Drive distant 130.00 feet
easterly as measured along the northerly side of Pierce Drive from the corner
formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Pierce Drive and the easter
side of Horton Lane;
