BERNARD SHALVEY, residing at no 11 Middle Road — C.R. 48, Cutchogue, New York 11935;
and FRANK A. BLADOS, JR. , residing at no 11 Middle Road — C.R. 48, Cutchogue,
New York 11935, being all the heirs of CATHERINE SHALVEY who died a resident
of Sufolk County on November 8, 1963,
party of the first part, and
BERNARD SHALVEY, residing at no 11 Middle Road — C.R. 48, Cutchogue, New York 11935
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being ixrtha at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Middle Road — C.R. 48 distant
North 70° 36' 40" East 99. 15 feet from a monument on the southeast corner
of a curve connecting with the northeasterly line of Bridge Lane;
From said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along other land of the parties of the first part four courses
and distances as follows:
1) North 37° 17' 40" West 143.51 feet, thence
2) North 44' 17' 30" East 149.0 feet, thence
3) South 45° 42' 30" East 62.73 feet, thence
4) North 44° 17' 30" East 233.57 feet to land of Stanely W. Krupski;
RUNNING THENCE along said land South 45' 42' 30" East 269.83 feet to the
northerly line of Middle Road — C.R. 48;
RUNNING THENCE along said line two courses and distances as follows:
1) on a curve to the right with an arc having a radius of 7579.44 feet a
distance of 350.67 feet, thence
2) South 70n 36' 40" West 95.70 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
