SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Lot 5 on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Subdivision of Saltaire Estates", and filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 8/3/1966 as Map Number
4682, said lot being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Soundview
Avenue, where the same is intersected by the division line
between Lots 4 and 5 on the aforesaid map, said point or place of
beginning being also distant 229.82 feet southwesterly as
measured along the southeasterly side of Soundview Avenue from
the westerly end of a curve having a radius of 20.55 feet a
length of 36.28 feet which said curve connects the southeasterly
side of Soundview Avenue with the southwesterly side of Saltaire
Way;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along
the division line between Lots 4 and 5, South 16 degrees 59 ' 30"
East 218.65 feet to the division line between Lots 5 and 6;
THENCE along said last mentioned division line South 73
degrees 00' 30" West/152.50 feet to the easterly side of
Soundview Avenue; and
THENCE along the easterly and southeasterly sides of
Soundview Avenue the following three . (3) courses and distances:
1) North 13 degrees 34 ' 50" West-"113.83 feet;
2) Northeasterly along the arc of a curve bearing to the right
having a radius of 100.00 feet a distance of 131.65 feet;
3) North 61 degrees 51' 00" East 66.49 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT TO Covenants, Restrictions, easements, Right of Way
and charges, and Electric Agreement of record.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated 6/10/93, recorded 6/24/93
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 11634, at page 337.
This conveyance is made in the regular course of business
actually conducted by the party of the first part and does not
constitute a conveyance of substantially all of its assets.
