Beach, Florida 32233, GRACE L. McDANIEL, residing at 220 West Goettler Street,
Scott Air Force Base, Illinois 62225, GEORGE GRANDY, residing at 1927 Beach Side
Court, Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233, and MELISSA FRIEDMAN, residing at 445 Upper
36th Avenue South, Jacksonville Beach, Florida 32250,

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
