RUNNING THENCE from the said point of beginning South 84 degrees 54
minutes 20 seconds East 242 . 80 feet to lands now or formerly of
Voskovitch;
RUNNING THENCE South 5 degrees 05 minutes 40 seconds West 100 ,00 feet
to lands now or formerly of Jeremiah C. Soper;
RUNNING THENCE North 84 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds West along said
land now or formerly of Jeremiah C. Soper 234,38 feet to the Easterly
line of Little Neck Road;
RUNNING THENCE North 0 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds East and along
the Easterly line of Little Neck Road 100 ,35 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING,
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same parcel of property conveyed to the
party of the first part by a deed dated September 24, 1970, and re-
TAX MAP corded in the Suffolk County Clerk 's Office on September 25, 1970, in
DESIGNATION Liber 6813 at page 421.
Dut. 1000 TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
sec. 103 and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration.as a trustto be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
tfie same first to the ,payment;gf theccost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall-be constTmed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
