WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

(2) THENCE along other land of the party of the first part, South 14° 36' 50"
East 124. 10 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING:
from said point or place of beginning, RUNNING THENCE North 73' .52' 30" East
11 .00 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of said land of the party of
the second part;
RUNNING THENCE along said line, South 15° 03' 40" East 100.00 feet, more or
