WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being Tara at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follrnos:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of
Bayview Avenue with the easterly side of Mill Road;
THENCE South 83 degrees 00 minutes 10 seconds East along the southerly side
of Bayview Avenue, 250 feet;
THENCE South 21 degrees 6 minutes 57 seconds West along the lands now or formerly
of Mark and Katherine Markiewicz, 363.28 feet;
THENCE North 70 degrees 39 minutes 40 seconds West along the lands now or formerly
of Howard and Patricia Wolbert, 232.96 feet to the said easterly side of Mill
Road;
THENCE 19 degrees 20 minutes 20 seconds East along the said easterly side of
Mill Road, 309.71 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated July 12, 1989 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on August 1, 1989 in Liber 10903, Page 517.
