MICELI, his wife, both residing at 4365 Deephole Drive, Mattituck, N.Y. 11952 DISTRICT TION BLOCK_ �O� 1 j1 * !T/�� 1�j1�714/�d{ fL 70.111 21 10 party of the first part, and VINCENT BARRY and CATHERINE BARRY, his wife, DIST. 1000 both residing at 34 Church Street, Ronkonkoma, N.Y. 11779 SEC. 115.00 BLR. 16.00 LOT 025.00C party of the second part, VIrrNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Number 49 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Deep Hole Creek Estates" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 1/28/65 as Map Number 4256 said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Deep Hole Drive distant 320.96 feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the Southerly side of New Suffolk Road and the westerly side of Deep Hole Drive; RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Deep Hole Drive, South 01 degrees 20 minutes 10 seconds West 135.04 feet to the division line of lots 50 and 49 on the above mentioned map; r=' THENCE North 87 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds West 167.70 feet; THENCE North 02 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds East 135 feet to the division line of lots 48 and 49 on the above mentioned map; THENCE along said last mentioned division line, South 87 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds East 164.54 feet to the westerly side of Deep Hole Drive, the point or place of BEGINNING. Said premises also being known as 4365 Deephole Drive, Mattituck, New York. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by Deed from A. Edwin Hedrick dated March 27, c 1981 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 61 1981 in Liber 8983, Page 411. i TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVF,, AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. i AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid- eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
