The condition of granting the permit was that it be placed at a suitable location as prescribed by the building department. I would think that it would be most appropriate to place it as far away from any existing residences on adjoining properties as possible. Also, did Mr. Novick give you a construction schedule for his residence that he is building? The Town Board requested a written construction schedule from him. He stated that he will be finished before the six month period of time is up. I would like to keep tabs on his progress perhaps on a monthly basis, if this would be possible.
