Please be advised that I inspected the above premises today,
12/09/02, and find that the dwelling on the above premises is
still under construction with a valid building permit. This
permit does not expire until June 22, 2003.
I spoke to Mr. Novick and he advised me that he is now renting a
house on Kaleighs Court in East Marion, and is no longer using
the trailer. As of this date, the trailer is being stored until
he is able to sell or dispose of it.

On December 19, 2001 I asked for an inspection of the above. The neighbor Wayne Rock was in
today and left the attached photographs and stated that there has been absolutely no activity there
for the past three (3) months. The applicant had stated that the estimated time for completing
construction was six (6) months and that he planned to work continuously until completed.

I understand that Ed is out on vacation this week. However, I wonder if someone could check out the location of
the Novick trailer. According to the survey he gave and what he said at the Town Board meeting, it was supposed to
be located near the rear section of the lot on the north end. Wayne Rock was in yesterday and said that it is on the
south end near his boundary line quite close to his house. The condition of granting the permit was that it be placed
at a suitable location as prescribed by the building department. I would think that it would be most appropriate to place
it as far away from any existing residences on adjoining properties as possible. Also, did Mr. Novick give you a
construction schedule for his residence that he is building? The Town Board requested a written construction
schedule from him. He stated that he will be finished before the six month period of time is up. I would like to keep
tabs on his progress perhaps on a monthly basis, if this would be possible. I know that you are very busy, when time
permits could you please respond to my inquiries. Thank you.
