WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel ui land, with the buildings and haprovements thereon erected, situate,

State of New York, known and designated as and by Lots 24 and 25 as said lots
are shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Garden Heights." Filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 24, 1929 as Map No. 577,
which said lots when taken together as one parcel are more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Oak
Place with the easterly side of Conklin Road;
RUNNING THENCE North 70 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds East, along the southerly
side of Oak place, 125 feet;
THENCE South 14 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds East, 100.06 feet;
THENCE South 70 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds West, 125 feet to the easterly
District side of Conklin Road;
1000 THENCE North 14 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds West, along the easterly side of
Conklin Road, 100 feet to the corner aforesaid, at the point or place of
Section BEGINNING.
139 Premises herein are the same as described in the Deed to the grantors herein
dated 8/20/71 , recorded 9/23/71 in Liber 7011 cp 555.

6 TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first,,ppart will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
