ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at
Cutchoeue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly side of New Suffolk Avenue which
point is the division line between lands now or formerly of the Estate of Henry V.
Downs and land now for formerly of Martha Lcibcll and front said point:
running thence SOUTH 14 degrees 07 minutes East 626 feet 9 inches to the true point
or place of beginning;
thence NORTH 75 degrees 53 minutes East 109.24 feet to ands now or formerly of
