party of the first part, and Raymond J. Hummel, Jr. and Nancy A. Hummel, his wife,
residing at 194 Holiday Boulevard; Center Moriches, New York, 11934
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
�C paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,.
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being 74i`rffl@ at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of
New York, known and designated as Lot No. 5 on a certain map entitled "Map of
The Woods at Cutchogue," filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on March 23, 1989, as Map No. 8717, being and intended to be part of
the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated
August 11, 1993, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk in Liber 11642 of Conveyances at Page 109 on August 31, 1993.
DIST. Which said lot is bounded and described according to said map as follows:
1000 BEGINNING at a point on the Northeasterly side of Evergreen Drive where the
division line between lot 4 and lot 5 on said map intersects the Northeasterly
side of Evergreen Drive;

THENCE South 52 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds West 273.95 feet to the Northerly
side of Evergreen Drive;
01.00 THENCE along the northerly and Nort1Fasterly side of Evergreen Drive the following
3 courses and distances:
LOT 1) along an arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 50.0 feet a
distance of 42.05 feet;
004.005 2) along an arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 25.0 feet a
distance of 21.03 feet;
3) North 37 degrees 46 minutes West 94.10 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as as trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first.ta the payment of the'cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party' shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
