CHADWICK, residing at 21622 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, California 90265 STRICT SECTION BLOCK LOT p party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and beingX&Wk at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Number 7 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Country Club Estates , " and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on October 17 , 1978 as Map Number 6736 . Chadwick died a resident of Suffolk County on May 24 , 1992 . PREMISES ARE KNOWN AS 7 Country Club Drive, Cutchogue, New York, and designated on the Suffolk County Tax Map as Lot 2 . 028 in Block 3 .00 in Section 109 . 00 in District 1000. SUBJECT, however , to a life estate in favor of William L. Chadwick hereby reserved by him to exclusively use and enjoy the premises throughout his life .
