WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

running thence from said point of beginning South 4049 ' East a
distance of 93. 11 feet to a point and other lands of the party of th
first part, about to be conveyed to Edna A. Beirne;
running thence South 85010 ' West, , along said last-mentioned lands, a
distance of 100. 0 feet to a point and lands now or formerly of Folly

running thence North 4049 ' West, along said last-mentioned lands, a
distance of 93 . 11 feet to a point and lands now or formerly of
Miller;
running thence North 85010 ' East, along said last-mentioned lands,
a distance of 100. 0 feet to the point or place of beginning;
containing by estimation 9 , 311 square feet.
Being the same premises as those conveyed to the party of the first
part herein by deed dated May 2, 1977 from Mildred H. Gregory and
Dorothy H. Dettner and recorded in Liber 8273 at page 178 in the
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office.
