WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being-Aajilmac at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, bounded and described as follows:
,f� BEGINNING at a monument located at the corner formed by the
intersection of the southerly side of Eugene' s Road and the westerly
side of Little Neck Road; running thence along the westerly side of
Little Neck Road South 140 23 ' 37" East 356 . 75 feet to land of
Lorraine and Carl Blasko; running thence along said last mentioned
land South 751 36' 03" West 160. 00 feet to a monument and land of
John T. Reeve and James F. Reeve; running thence along said last
mentioned land North 140 23 ' 37" West 356. 55 feet to a monument
and the southerly side of Eugene' s Road; running thence along the
southerly side of Eugene' s Road North 750 32 ' 03" East 160 .00 feet
to a monument located at the corner, the point or place of BEGINNING
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises devised to
the party of the first part under Paragraph Sixth of the Last Will
and Testament of Everall B. Tuthill dated April 30, 1940 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 120 Page 401,
who died a resident of Suffolk County, New York on April 9 , 1941
(Surrogate' s Court File No. 159 P 1941).

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
Sec. 097 . 00 and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
Blk. 07 . 00 the party of the second part forever.

whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
