together are bounded and described as Follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Freeman Avenue distant 21886 feet easterly from the comer formed by the
intersection of the northly side or' Freeman Avenue with the easterly side of Wickham Avenue, said point also marking the
division line between Lots 42 and 43 on the aforesaid Map and from said point of beginning;

receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied
first for the purpose of paying the cost of thc improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvemem belbre using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it
read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
