Grantee, hereby grants and releases unto the Grantee, the heirs or successors and assigns of the Grantee forever,
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Middle Road at the southwest comer o the premises
herein described adjoining land now or formerly of John Budzilek; running thence in a northerly direction along
said land of Budzilek 220 feet; running thence in an easterly direction along lands now or formerly of Pauline
Matwieczyk in a line parallel to the northerly line of the Middle Road 110 feet; running thence in a southerly
direction along other land now or formerly of Pauline Matwieczyk in a line parallel to the westerly boundary
herein 220 feet to the northerly line of Middle Road; running thence in a westerly direction along the northerly
line of Middle Road 110 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest of the Grantor in and to that portion of the Middle
Road adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof.

assigns of the Grantee forever. AND the Grantor covenants as follows:
FIRST.-The Grantee shall quietly enjoy the said premises; SECOND.-The Grantor will forever warrant

THIS Deed is subject to the trust provisions of Section 13 of the Lien Law of the State of New York.
The words "Grantor" and "Grantee" shall be construed to read in the plural whenever the sense of this Deed so
