ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being imiac at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Sufft
and State of New York, and being more particularly bounded and descr.

COMMENCING at a point 30 feet southeasterly along a line which line
a continuation of the southwesterly line of land of Ernest Wilsberg
the northeasterly line of the land of John Eller, Sr. , said point of
beginning being 30 feet southeasterly along said line from the south
westerly corner of the land of Ernest Wilsberg and the southeasterly
corner of the land of John Eller, Sr. ;
RUNNING THENCE in a general southeasterly direction along a continua
of the aforesaid line to the edge of a right of way, a point 25 feet
along said line aforesaid from the easterly and southeasterly bounda
of the land of Julius Zebroski;
RUNNING THENCE along a line 25 feet from the easterly and southeaste
boundary of the lands of Julius Zebroski along the edge of the afore
said right of way 200 feet or more in a northeasterly direction to
a point where the line is the northeasterly line of the aforesaid ri
of way, 25 feet from the easterly and southeasterly boundary of the
lands of Julius Zebroski, intersects a line which is a continuation
the boundary line between the lands of Ernest Wilsberg and the lands
of Schwefel;
THENCE in a northwesterly direction along a line which is a continue
of the boundary line, the northeasterly boundary of the lands of
Wilsberg and the southwesterly boundary of the landoof Schwefel to a
point 30 feet in a southeasterly direction along said line from the
southeasterly corner of the lands of Wilsberg and the southwesterly
corner of the lands of Schwefel;
THENCE along a line distant 30 feet in a southeasterly direction frc
the said southeasterly boundary of the lands of Wilsberg, and paral7

TOGETHER with a right-of-way over a 25 foot right-of-way
leading form Olejulane to the northwesterly corner of the lands of
Krey, which right-of-way adjoins the premises hereinabove described
on the southeast side thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the pagty of
the first party dated February 1, 1971 and recorded inthe Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on May 9 , 1972 in Liber 7156 at Page 235.
