NOV 28 X994 EDWARD P.ROMAINE CLERK OF SUFFOLK COUNTY 11704K213 SCHEDULE "A" ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of vacant land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at East Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the Easterly side of Little Neck Road at the Northwesterly corner of the premises herein to be described, being the point where the Southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of H. Price intersects the said Easterly side of Little Neck Road; running thence Easterly along the Southerly side of land now or formerly of H. Price on a course South 89^ 14' 00" East a distance of 125.98 feet; running thence Northerly still along land now or formerly of H. Price on a course North 0, 59' 30" East 82 .22 feet to the Southerly side of land now or formerly of Paul Zaneski; running thence Easterly along said southerly side of land now or formerly of Paul Zeneski on a course South 89° 13' 40" East a distance of 417 . 50 feet; running thence Southerly along the Westerly side of land now or formerly of Geo. Monsell Estate on a course South 0° 19' 13" East a distance of 115. 17 feet; running thence easterly along the Southerly side of said land now or formerly of the Estate of Geo. Monsell South 89° 14' 30" East 351. 68 feet to the Westerly shore of Mud Creek; thence Southeaster- ly, Southwesterly, Northwesterly, Westerly and Southerly along said Westerly shore of Mud Creek to a point therein, which is located by a tie line running from the Easterly end of the last course South 25° 27' 30" West 204. 13 feet; running thence Westerly from the Southerly end of said tie line along land now or formerly of H.C. Being the same premises conveyed from Lorraine Dunhuber and Doris Bernhard, as executors of the last will and testament of Kunigunde Dunhuber, to Lorraine Dunhuber and Doris Bernhard, as tenants-in- common, by deed dated July 23 , 1986, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 23, 1986, in Liber of Deeds 10084, Page 233; being the same premises specifically devised to John P. Bernhard, Jr. and Douglas N. Bernhard under the Last Will and Testament of Doris Bernhard dated August 31, 1989, which Will was admitted to probate by the Suffolk County Surrogate's Court on July 6, 1993, File No. 956 P 93 .
