WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and

BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of the premises to he described at the easterly line of land now or formerly
of Nma A. Jtevens;
RUNNINGTHENCE along lands North 46 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds West 607.82 feet to Long Island Sound;
RUNNING THENCE along Long Island Sound on a tie line coarse bearing North 82 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds
East 31.71 feet to land now or formerly of Louis C. Corso and Luba Corso;
RUNNING THENCE along said lands South 48 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds East 626.02 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 82 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds West 60.04 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a part of the same premises described in the deed of the parties of the first
part herein by deed from Mary B. Hannabury, as surviving tenant by the entirety of the late Joseph B. Hannabury who
died in 1973, dated June 10, 1986. recorded June 21, 1986, in Liber 10064, Page 141.

part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
of the cost of improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
