Present were: Gerard P. Goehringer, Chairman/Member Michael A. Simon, Member Leslie Kanes Weisman, Member Ken Schneider, Member Linda Kowalski, ZBA Confidential Secretary Absent was: Ruth D. Oliva, Member. 6:00 P.M. Chairman Gerard P. Goehringer called the meeting to order and proceeded with agenda items as follows: STATE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REVIEW: No updates at this time, reviews are pending. A. New applic~ation reviews are pending. (no action). B. Reviews Pending Additional Information - (Tabled): Special Exceptions for commercial uses (contractor yard). ROMANELLI REALTY INC. # 6224 - C. Reviews Pending Additional Information - (Tabled): E&C PROPERTY HOLDING, INC. with EDUCATIONAL & CULTURAL FUND OF THE JOINT INDUSTRY BOARD FOR THE ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY #6245 - Special Exception for Meeting House; Special Exception for motel units. The originals of each of the following applications were decided, with the original determinations filed with the Southold Town Clerk: APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: LEANN NEALZ ~274 WILLIAM and MARGARET HOWELL #6275 JOHN and KATHLEEN BERKERY #6277 VINCENT and LAURA MANETTI #6278 APPROVED AS APPLIED: EFSTATHIOS and MARYANN KATSOULAS #6270 MICHAEL and LINDA GAMBARDELLA #6272 SUSAN TSAVARIS #6289 RESOLUTIONS/UPDATED REVIEWS/OTHER: A. Next Regular Meeting: 9:30 A.M. June 25th (first hearing scheduled 9:45 A.M.) to be held at Southold Town Meeting Hall-Court Room, 53095 Main Road, Southold. B. Special Meeting: Tuesday, July 21st, 2009 at 6 PM, in the Town Hall Annex (Capitol One Building) Second Floor Executive Board Room, Youngs Avenue, Southold. C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES/RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairman Goehringer, seconded by Member Weisman, and duly carried, to accept and authorize filing of Minutes with the Town Clerk's Office, as prepared for ZBA Meetings held May 19, 2009 and May 28, 2009. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted (4-0). Member Oliva was absent. D. New York Town Law/Suffolk County Requirements for Notice to Farmed Land and Agricultural Districts (Agricultural Data Form). (Reviews pending - no action taken). E. New Winery Permit application (work session reviews, no action taken). F. Letter to Romanelli Realty, ZBA #6224 and f¢6110 ref: updated review and missing information related to anticipated amended application and SEQRA.
