As you may recall, the project involved the reconstruction of an existing timber docking facility in Hay Harbor. The existing facility consists of a ramp leading to an 8'x 88' fixed dock with an 8'x 57' fixed dock in an "L" configuration on it's seaward end. At this time, the owner seeks to eliminate the 8'x 57' fixed dock which had been approved for reconstruction and instead install (2) tie off piles. For your review, I have enclosed copies of the revised plans prepared by CME Engineering, Land Surveying & Architecture, PLLC. last dated 12/01/09.
