The Southold Town Board granted a trailer permit on a temporary basis for a six (6) month period for this trailer at their regular meeting held on July 26, 1988. This permit was granted subject to a complete review and a new application and supporting letter at the end of the six (6) month period. This permit will expire on January 26, 1989. Please conduct your inspection and investigation to determine whether or not the applicant has complied with the conditions set forth on this temporary trailer permit and respond to my office as soon as possible. General Contracting 4 Bootleg Alley Greenport, New York 11944 (516) 477-1633 (516) 749-1060 July 18,1988 Southold Town Att: Town Clerk Re: Trailer Permit Dear Clerk, The Reason for request to place trailer on for mentioned property is to protect against the possibility of injury to trespasses not observing keepout or danger signes as well as to protect against theft of equitment and materials, witch has happened in the past. The trailer will serve as temporary toilet facilities while the construction is being furnished. It will then be removed. Once again let me stress the importance of the danger of young children who despite verbal and posted signs warnings still freaquant tese premises, and because of construction going on in permitted sections there is an element of danger. There haw been numerous tools and materials stolen in the past. The trailer was temporality moved to allow construction to go on. It was sheduled to be placed back in it's appointed position and hooked up to septic tank when inspecter arrived.
