Project Description: To repair the existing boardwalk accessing beach and
picnic area·
Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. The
issuance of an Administretive Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the
application prepared by Mike Kelly, Association Treasurer, and received on April
30, 2009.
Special Conditions: None.
Inspections: Final inspection.
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a
Wetland Permit will be required.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

PRODUCT FEATURES
MCA is produced from cutting edge technology. It is environmentally
fTiendly, containing micronized copper and tebuconazole dispersed
in water. T? preservative is manufactered with a minimal carbon
footprint and provides superior performance.
Compared to ACQ and copper azole wood preservatives, MCA is:

APPLICATIONS
MCA preservative-treated wood products are recognized for use in above ground, ground contact, and freshwater cmtact applications and to
resist attack by mt, fungal decay, and subterranean termites including Formosan termites.
MCA preservative-treated wood products may be used in locations where wood is permitted and/or in locations required by the code to be
fungat decay or termite resistant in all building types and occupancies where permitted by the applicable code. Typical applications are
described in the following table.
