WITNESSETH.that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Aldrich Lane at the northwest corner
of the premises herein described adjoining land now or formerly of Bakowski
on the north; running thence along the westerly line of Aldrich Lane S. 19'
02' 00" E. 129.50 feet to land of Lebkuecher; running thence along said land
of Lebkuecher S. 78' 51' W. 556.22 feet to land of Harbes; running thence along
said land of Harbes N. 18' 46' 10" W. 117.70 feet to land land now or formerly
of Bakowski; running thence along said land of Bakowski N. 78p 51' 00" E. 555.65
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated January 5, 1943, and recorded in Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on January 7, 1943 in Liber 2269, Page 126.
SUBJECT to the life use of the grantor herein and his wife, Olga, for their
lives, or the survivor.
