said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid:
And the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration forthis conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trustfund
to be applied first forthe purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improve-
ments thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated at Lot #1 on a
certain map filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 4/30/93 as Map No.
9350, Abstract No. 12228, which said Lot is more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point set on the northwesterly line of Eugene's Road at the
southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Young, being the southeasterly
comer of the premises herein described;
RUNNING THENCE along said line of Eugene's Road South 63 degrees 36
minutes 50 seconds West, 1.ZrA00 feet to the easterly line of a 50 foot Private
Road;
RUNNING THENCE along said road line the following four (4) courses and
distances:
1) Northwesterly along the arc of a regular curve bearing to the right having
a radius of 30.03 feet, a distance of 63.23 feet;
2) North 04 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds East, 238:72 feet;

easterly and southerly on a curve having a radius of 50.0 feet, a distance along
said curve of 261.80 feet; thence continuing along lot 13 courses: 1) S. 38°51'30"
E. 216.54 feet; thence 2) S. 4°16'30" W. 238.72 feet; thence 3) Southeasterly on a
curve to the left having a radius of 30.03 feet, a distance along said curve of
63.23 feet to the northwesterly line of Eugene's Road; thence along said line of
Eugene's Road S. 63°36'50"W. 113.42 feet to the point of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED to be part of the premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed dated 9/22/87 and recorded 10/13/87 in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office in Liber 10443 page 211.
This is a correction deed. The original deed made by the grantor to the grantee
conveyed no interest in and to the subdivision road. The purpose of this correc-
tion deed is to convey an undivided 1/4th interest in the subdivision road to the
grantee as above provided.
