BEING AND INTENDED to be part of the premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated 9/22/87 and recorded 10/13/87 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 10443 page 211. This is a correction deed. The original deed made by the grantor to the grantee conveyed no interest in and to the subdivision road.
