DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS
THIS INDENTURE, made this 670aay ofwA`4 V&V, 1979, between DONALD P.
ROBINSON, residing at (no #) Main Road, Cutchogue, New York; DOROTHY R. BINNS,
residing at (no #) Main Road, Cutchogue, New York; and MARION W. MEARS, residing
at 3 Williams Road, Chatham, New Jersey, party of the first part, and the COUNTY
OF SUFFOLK, a municpal corporation having its office and principal place of
business at Riverhead, New York, party of the second part;
W I T N E S S E T H:
that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten and 00/100
($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of
the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:

p BEGINNING at a monument on the westerly side of Main Road

(New York State Route 25) where same is intersected by the south-
easterly corner of land now or formerly of Stanley Rysko;
' RUNNING THENCE south 680 10' 00" west, along the westerly
side of Main Road, 162.44 feet to a monument;
THENCE north 44° 24 ' 10" west, 426.33 feet;
THENCE south 46° 27' 00" west, 629.89 feet to a monument
and land now or formerly of Zigmund Rysko and Lucille E. Rysko;

THENCE north 430 33' 00" west, along the last mentioned
land 452.98 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of Cox
Lane Associates;
THENCE north 430 47' 40" west, along the last mentioned
land, 638.53 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of
Leander B. Glover, Jr.;
THENCE north 430 42' 15" west, along the last mentioned
land, 1951.58 feet to a monument on the southeasterly side of the
Long Island Railroad;
THENCE along the last mentioned land the following three
(3) courses and distances;
(1) north 600 14 ' 50" east, 417.51 feet;
(2) south 440 19' 40" east, 17.05 feet;
(3) north 60° 14' 50" east, 350.00 feet to a
monument and land now or formerly of Stanley
Rysko;
THENCE south 440 24' 10" east, along the last mentioned
land 3329.75 feet to the monument on the westerly side of Main Road
at the point or place of BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said Development Rights in the premises herein
granted unto the pa rt of the second part, its successors and assigns, forever.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the pad y of the first
part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been en-
cumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. The party of the first part,
as a covenant running with the land in perpetuity, further covenants and agrees
for the party of the first part, and the heirs, legal representatives, successor
and assigns of the party of the first part, to use of the premises on and after
the date of this instrument solely for the purpose of agricultural production.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever
the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this
