Route 25) and the north- easterly line of lands now or formerly of Pauline D'Emo; thence running along land now or fornerly of Clarence Fleet Estate, the following three courses and distances: (1) North 290 44' Fast, 125.43 feet; (2) South 46° 49' Fast, 181.34 feet; (3) North 290 44' East 200.15 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of Wickham's Fruit Farm; thence along the last mentioned land, the following four courses and distances: (1) South 450 01' 40" Fast, 444.80 ARTHUR J. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said Development Riots in the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, its successors and assigns, forever. SUBJBCT to the trust fund provision of Sec. 13 of the Lien Law. And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been en- cumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. �ftie party of the first part, as a covenant running with the land in perpetuity, further covenants and agrees for the party of the first part, and the heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of the party of the first part, to use the premises on and after the date of this instrument solely for the purpose of agricultural production. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
