THIS INDENTURE, made this 5th day of November, 1979, between
JOHN WICKHAM and ANNE L. WICKHAM, residing at (No #) Main Road, Cutchogue,

That the party of the first part, in consideration of ten and 00/100
($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party
of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, its successors and assigns forever, the Development Rights, by
which is meant the permanent legal interest and right, as authorized by
Sec. 247 of the New York State General Municipal Law, as amended, to permit,
require or restrict the use of the premises exclusively for agricultural
production asthat term is presently defined in Sec. 301 of the New York
SEate Agricultural and Markets Laws, and the right to prohibit or restrict
t the use of the premises for any purposes other than agricultural production,

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County
1 of Suffolk and State of New York, at Cutchogue, bounded and described as
