I N D E N T U R E
THIS INDENTURE, made this 10 " day of May, 1989,
V between JAMES CROSS, residing at (No#) Main Road, Cutchogue,
New York 11935, party of the first part, and the TOWN OF SOUTHOLD,
a municipal corporation of the State of New York, having its
office and principal place of business at 53095 Main Road, Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, party of
the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in
DIST. consideration of Ten and 00/100 ($10.00) Dollars, lawful money of
1000 the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release
SECT. unto the party of the second part, its successors and assigns

BEGINNING at a point on the north side of main Road (N.Y.S. Route
25) where the division line of a 15 foot right of way and east
line of lands conveyed to Frederick Krespach by deed Liber 10483
page 189 intersects the north side of Main Road;
THENCE along lands now or formerly of Frederick Krespach and
partially along lands now or formerly of William Lowe, North 02
degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds East 345.95 feet;
THENCE continuing along lands now or formerly of William Lowe,

CROSS by deed from George Alec dated April 15, 1966, and recorded
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September 19,
1966 in Liber 5943 page 148 and by deed from Island Vineyards
dated February 17, 1983, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on February 24, 1983 in Liber 9319 page
141.
TOGETHER with the non-exclusive right, if any, of the
party of the first part as to the use for ingress and egress of
any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to
the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises,
insofar as the rights granted hereunder are concerned, TO HAVE
