paid by the party of the second part, docs hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the he

filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 7 ,
1926 as Map Number 806 , said lot being more particularly bounded
and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Haywaters Road , where
the same is intersected by the division line between Lots 378 and
379 on said snap ; RUNNING 'THENCE northerly along the easterly side o
Haywaters Road , 100 feet to the division line between Lots 377 and
378 on said map; RUNNING THENCE easterly along said division line a

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
