and being at Nassau Point or Little Hog Neck, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as
Lot No. 54 on a certain map entitled "Map of Proposed Subdivision,
Section B, Nassau Point, Suffolk County, N.Y. , surveyed by Wallace
H. Halsey, C.E. , Southampton, N.Y. , June 1919" and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on October 21 , 1920 as Map
#753 , being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set on the Easterly side of Nassau
Point Road where same is intersected by the division line between
lot 55 and lot 54 as shown on the above mentioned map;
RUNNING THENCE Northerly along an irregular curve bearing to
the right along the Easterly side of Nassau Point Road having a tie
line of North 3 degrees 24 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of
104 . 23 feet to a monument set on the division line between lot 54
and lot 53 as shown on the above mentioned map;
THENCE North 82 degrees 00 minutes East along said division
