ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold,
at Laurel, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly'shore of Laurel Lake on the division
line between land now or formerly of Peconic Homes Corp.;
running thence along said land now or formerly of Peconic Homes Corp., three
courses as follows:
(1) North 33' 15' 05" West 231.20 feet to a monument;
thence (2) North 25' 19' 45" West 291.08 feet to a monument;
thence (3) North 09' 12' 15" East 152.51 feet;
thence along land of Joseph P. Macari b Nissin Alhadeff four courses as follows:

Together with right of way 20 feet in width from the southwesterly
corner of the premises, northerly along land now or formerly of Peconic
Homea Corp. approximately 600 feet to the highway known as North Road or
Sound Avenue.
Together with an easement and right of way from the easterly side of the
premises over and along the private road known as Laurel Way 25 feet in width
as the same winds and turns southwesterly and northeasterly through the lands
now or formerly of Conkling to the land of other owners, and thence northerly
over the extensions thereof, 20 feet in width to the public highway known as
Sound Avenue.
